He’s been fortunate to help clients achieve a broad range of goals, from improving overall health to training for a climb up Mt. Kilimanjaro. His mission is to understand your needs, design exercise programs and routines that are scientifically sound and challenging yet appropriate, then provide guidance that nurtures your development, sustainability, and independence.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training is a regularly scheduled appointment that is either in-home or at a designated training location. The programming for personal training is specific, yet flexible, since a trainer can account for variables that may affect your performance during any given appointment. Personal training is a great service for individuals who need or desire more guidance, accountability, encouragement, and/or variety.
